Order Processing
Your order is very important to us, we try our best to deliver orders with no delay during the current world situation. All orders will be processed within 2 to 5 days. During the processing, we verify addresses and payments. Customers should update their addresses within 24 hours after the purchase as when we move orders to shipping depot, we can’t amend addresses and cancellation can’t be granted.
Delivery
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number and the link to track your order. We work hard to deliver products with no delay but due to the world current situation, the airlines work with limited capacity, so some delay might happen. Delivery usually takes from 5 to 12 days, it depends on where you are located also on your postal services. Tracking numbers start showing updates 3 to 5 days after shipping as they get scanned by the destination country during this time. The fastest delivery from our store was 4 business days, the slowest was 30 business days. The average is 7 to 12 business days.

We can not guarantee that your order will arrive exactly in this time frame. It depends on your local post also, because most of our orders arrives in the country of destination in 7 days, but local post of some countries can work very slowly. Also it may be some delays in holiday periods. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
